less: override some bootstrap less variables to make headers more compact (waste less space)
- make navbar smaller by reducing navbar-height
- less space between navbar items by setting a smaller nav-link-padding (and
thus no need for a custom navbar-padding-vertical)
- make panel headers smaller by reducing panel-heading-padding
