less: set menu colors - navbar and dropdown hover and active color

This is especially important in navbar when @kallithea-theme-inverse-color
isn't white.

To try to keep the contrast and make it more visible what is highlighted, give
it 15% tint like the background.

The same colors are used for selected items in dropdown menus.
