MAR-109: Added initial scaffolding for testing the 'backup' role:

- Added Molecule configuration file with two platforms and two instances.
- Added test playbook that sets-up instances for testing of mandatory and
optional parameters.
- Added test data requiered for meta-dependency backup_client.
- Added dummy default test.
