diff: correct handling of links to old filename in renames

There were links to the file at the parent revision ... but if the file had
been renamed, it used the wrong name.

# requirements.txt file for use as "pip install -r requirements.txt" as a
# readthedocs compatible alternative to "pip install -e ." which is a working
