uwsgi: clarify that --ini-paste-logged currently requires pastescript

This dependency is removed with uWSGI commit
https://github.com/unbit/uwsgi/commit/0807b3881f701a6cc1cc95fe872bb7ec2426ef3f
and should normally be included in the next release after 2.0.18.
