tests: put all temporary files in one top directory

Use KALLITHEA_TESTS_TMP_PATH or a create a temporary /tmp/kallithea-test-*
directory.

Some temporary files might still be placed in /tmp ... but nothing should be
left behind.

# readthedocs compatible alternative to "pip install -e ." which is a working
