setup: do like TurboGears2 and don't support WebOb 1.8

TurboGears2 2.3.12 has been released and made it clear they don't support WebOb
< 1.8.0 - https://github.com/TurboGears/tg2/commit/1aee68f1239c76cabe945aa50ca1f7e7afea6842 .

A plain "pip install -e ." would obey the Kallithea setup.py and install WebOb
1.8.0, but fail at runtime with:
(WebOb 1.8.0, Requirement.parse('WebOb<1.8.0,>=1.2'), set(['TurboGears2']))

Backing up Kallithea

Settings
--------

Just copy your .ini file, it contains all Kallithea settings.


Whoosh index
------------

The Whoosh index is located in the ``data/index`` directory where you installed
Kallithea, i.e., the same place where the ini file is located


Database
--------

When using sqlite just copy kallithea.db.
Any other database engine requires a manual backup operation.

A database backup will contain all gathered statistics.
